BRASA welcomes Beechmont Netball to its affiliate clubs and will provide them with storage space and through grant funding some new gear.
TAI CHI AT SUNSET
A relaxing Friday afternoon makeup Tai Chi session was just what we all needed after a busy Halloween and stormy day. The oval at twilight is a great place to practice with beautiful skies and the jacaranda in bloom
WOMEN & GIRLS SELF DEFENCE
Women and girls self defence has been going really well with 10 to 20 participants of all ages each week. We are learning some excellent skills and confidence for use in all sorts of situations while enjoying each-others company in a relaxed and safe space
LOCALS ON THE LAWN
BRASA had a lovely relaxed and chilled afternoon listening to local musicians and celebrating some of our incredible community volunteers at locals on the lawn.

For the upkeep and maintenance of Graceleigh Park, pest and weed control will be undertaken on Graceleigh Park on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th October (weather permitting).

Women & Girls Grant Funded Self-Defence Training All Ages
Boost self-confidence and strength while learning how to protect yourself in different situations. This grant subsidised program is focused on strength, discipline and resilience in a fun environment!
A New Gate!
BRASA have successfully requested a Scenic Rim Regional Council upgrade of the gate that accesses disabled parking at the oval!
Women & Girls in Sport
BRASA have been successful in securing grant funding to encourage women and girls in sport.
Beechmont Touch Footy
Social touch footy has started in August, with a fabulous turn out across three generations
Beechmont Tennis Active Girls
Beechmont Tennis Club received a grant from the DTS to support opportunities in sport and recreation for women and girls.
JAZZ in JUNE
Beat the winter blues with Nicole Parker Brown and The Jazz Kings are an eclectic band that produces a blend of beautiful Jazz, Blues and Latin music that enlivens audiences.
ANZAC Day 2024
Corporal Albert Stone was one of the soldiers celebrated for his wartime service at the last Anzac Day function at Graceleigh Park. Pictured here, his large family travelled to Beechmont for the occasion and laid their wreaths in his memory. Major Ray Rankin and Corporal Gordon Rankin were also paid tribute with stories from their lives and time in action.
Beechmont Young Mantis Grading
