WOMEN & GIRLS SELF DEFENCE

Women and girls self defence has been going really well with 10 to 20 participants of all ages each week. We are learning some excellent skills and confidence for use in all sorts of situations while enjoying each-others company in a relaxed and safe space.

Depending on the intensity, use your de-escalation skills
